There're 2 staff with the glasses. They take turn at the reception. I think the young one is whom most people described as rude, whilst the slightly older one is super nice. The young one sometimes appears on the playground, so you can expect how he behaves. He now has bushy tache.In general, it's a hit and miss depending on your luck. I stopped coming here for a year because it was getting boring and the clientele back then were not my type, until recently I went back and saw that it was getting better and I got luckier. So, I can't put my finger on it yet but I'm staying positive for now. Oh, don't forget to ask for the loyalty card if you plan to be a regular customer. It gives you free access, but without free drinks, after 5 visits. I knock down 1 star simply because of the most popular theme (need I say what it is?) is not on an ideal day (i.e. Friday or weekend). Btw, they used to charge a little extra for card payments (even debit card), but now not anymore. This is my favourite major change because these days I no longer carry cash with me. The charge is still applied to UK corporate card and all non-UK cards.

Small but busy place with a bar and drinks. Relatively cheap entrance (you get entry and free drink for 9). Staff works really hard and remains friendly and effective to handle the huge amounts of customers. Some of the stalls could have bigger mattresses/beds to fill out the complete stalls. Apparently naked nights on Thursdays are the busiest. Make sure to leave your socks and shoes on so you can transport cash and cloak ticket in there.
Great staff, hot guys of all shape and age. Never left disappointed. Best time is Thursday night and Sunday afternoon/evening.
