Fabulous! The receptionist was super friendly and so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was fantastic. We had breakfast which was delicious and all our needs were met. The price for our stay was extremely reasonable. Would definitely re-visit.
Brilliant place. Already stayed there before when it was just my partner and I and came this time with our 2 children. Staff lovely and friendly cared for all our needs. Will defo book again there if we need to stay in Dover.
I was expecting a better hotel for a four stars hotel.I put four stars because staff were good. Room needs to be refurbished TV is bit too small three stars hotels have bigger screen. Breakfast food was not that great too. For instance the orange juice was like 90 percent of water. Diner was ok not the best restaurant of the world Recommended when the weather is not warm No air conditioning
Great hotel and superb menu when available. Very nice rooms but ask if 214 has been sorted out. Had issues.
Friendly and welcoming staff that met us at reception. The room was clean and bathroom had complementary soap and shampoo. There is a 24 hour bar with loads of parking. All in all I was happy to stay and will do again.
