I was left disappointed despite trying endlessly wanting to support them, because there are good people there! I won't be returning to this garage. Halfords need to give more support to the people who runs this place. They need working system they don't have, so I wasn't provided with the report Halfords promised. Customer service/relationship can be much better if adequate continuous professional development is in place for the staff.
